Enrollment and Course Registration

Enrollment and Course Registration for Destination STEM

To register yourself or a child for a particular course or program provided by Destination STEM, choose the appropriate form from the Main Menu at the top of the page, under the item named "Enrollment and Course Registration," fill it out, and click Submit. 

Each form will describe which questions require answers, and which are optional.

Once you have completed the necessary forms, you will receive an e-mail message confirming that you have done so, and Destination STEM will contact you with further instructions.
